A brûlée torch gets picked up mid-plate, so one-handed control counts. The flame regulator and lock button on the Sondiko both sit under the thumb, and the fuel window on the base tells you where you are before service rather than during it. A full 10g fill runs 20 to 50 minutes depending on the flame setting, and it refills from any brand of small butane tank, long nozzle or short. Aluminium body, marked with a MAX line to prevent overfilling.
