Our policy

Whip Supply Hub does not sell to anyone under the age of 18. This applies to every product on this site, without exception, and regardless of the reason given for the purchase.

When you place an order

At checkout you must confirm that you are 18 or over and that the goods are for culinary use. That confirmation forms part of the contract between us — see our Terms & Conditions.

We may carry out an additional age check before dispatch. Where we do, we will contact you by email and ask for one of:

• A valid passport or driving licence (photo page only);
• A UK PASS-accredited proof-of-age card;
• For trade accounts, company registration details and a named responsible person.

We only look at your name and date of birth. Documents are reviewed and then deleted — we do not retain copies. See our Privacy Policy.

On delivery

Our couriers may operate an age-restricted delivery service on our instruction. Where they do, the person accepting the parcel may be asked to show proof that they are 18 or over. If nobody of that age is available, the parcel will not be left and a card will be posted so you can rearrange delivery.

If verification fails

If we cannot verify your age, or we believe an order is intended for someone under 18, we will cancel the order and refund it in full to the original payment method. We do not charge for a cancellation on these grounds.

Why this matters

Nitrous oxide is a professional catering product with genuine risks if misused. Age restriction is one of the controls that keeps it available to the kitchens and bars that rely on it. We take it seriously, and we would rather refuse a sale than get it wrong.

Please do not attempt to buy on behalf of someone under 18. Doing so is a breach of our terms and may be an offence.
