1. Who we are

2. These terms

By placing an order you agree to these terms. Please read them before ordering. If you do not agree, please do not place an order. We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published when you place your order.

3. Age restriction and permitted use

You must be 18 or over to buy from us. All nitrous oxide we sell is food-grade and supplied strictly for culinary use — the preparation of food and drink.

By ordering you confirm that you are 18 or over and that the goods will be used only for that purpose. Buying our products with the intention of inhaling them, or supplying them to someone else for that purpose, is a criminal offence and a breach of these terms.

We may refuse or cancel any order, at our discretion and without giving reasons, where we have concerns about age or intended use. We may require proof of age before dispatch. See Age Verification and Safety & Legal Use.

4. How a contract is formed

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Our order acknowledgement email confirms we have received it, but does not accept it. A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation. If we cannot accept your order — for example the item is out of stock, mispriced, or we have age or use concerns — we will tell you and refund any payment in full.

5. Products and descriptions

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Product images are illustrative; packaging, labelling and cylinder finish may vary between batches. Where a manufacturer changes a specification, we update our listing as soon as we are aware of it.

6. Price and payment

• Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include UK VAT at the prevailing rate where applicable.
• Delivery is charged separately and shown before you confirm your order.
• Payment is taken at the point of order via our payment provider.
• We do not store your card details — see Payment Methods.

If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to an error, we are not obliged to supply it at that price. We will contact you, and you may confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

7. Delivery and risk

Delivery timescales and charges are set out in Shipping & Delivery. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes once we have received payment in full.

8. Cancellation and returns

Your cancellation and return rights, including your statutory 14-day right to cancel, are set out in Returns & Refunds. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

9. Safe use and storage

Pressurised gas cylinders are hazardous if misused. You are responsible for storing and using them safely and in line with the manufacturer's instructions and our safety guidance. Never inhale the contents, never puncture or incinerate a cylinder, and keep cylinders away from heat and out of reach of children.

10. Our liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, for losses caused by your failure to follow safety instructions, or for business losses such as loss of profit, business interruption or loss of opportunity where you are buying as a business. Where you buy as a business, our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order.

11. Trade accounts

Trade and wholesale supply may be subject to additional agreed terms, including verification, credit terms and minimum volumes. Where separate trade terms are agreed in writing, those terms take precedence over these to the extent of any conflict.

12. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, imagery, layout and code — belongs to us or our licensors. You may not reproduce it commercially without our written permission. Brand names and product imagery remain the property of their respective owners.

13. Events outside our control

We are not liable for failure or delay in performing our obligations where that failure results from events outside our reasonable control. If such an event occurs we will contact you and, where the delay is substantial, you may cancel for a full refund.

14. Complaints and disputes

Please contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly. If we cannot resolve a dispute, you may be entitled to use an alternative dispute resolution scheme.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
